Each month, you'll receive a mailed packet of weekly lessons to read in the privacy of your own home.
The lessons, each 8-16 pages, introduce ideas and experiments to undertake in a straightforward manner. Plan to devote about 1½ hours a week to study and perform given exercises and experiments. Throughout the rest of the week we encourage you to ponder and reflect on the new knowledge & insights you have gained.

It’s essential that you test your ideas and experiments to prove their validity to yourself. You will quickly discover that we do not insist or even ask you to believe anything in the studies. Only you can decide whether or not to accept and incorporate new learnings into your life.
While we clearly value ancient knowledge, our program of study is not set in stone. We periodically update the teachings to reflect current times while also remaining true to the core of the teachings.
